The dates on the widgets are inconsistent with the client's time zone setting. The selected time zone for the client's organization in the Get Started section is correct but does not match the dates on the widgets.
Cause and Resolution
This issue happened because reports and widgets follow the time settings of the report viewer based on the Work Schedule settings. To resolve this, ensure the time zone set in Get Started is the same as the time zone set in the user's work schedule.
How to configure consistent time zone settings in the MSPbots app
- Set the appropriate time zone settings in Get Started.
- In the MSPbots app, go to Settings > Get Started.
- Click the Time Zone dropdown list and select the appropriate location.
- Click Save.
- Configure your work schedule to use the same time zone.
- In the MSPbots app, go to Settings > Work Schedule.
- Select the user from the Users list and click the corresponding Edit link.
- Select the appropriate location for the Working Time Zone.
- Click Confirm.
- Go to your dashboard or widget, and verify if the time zone matches the Get Started settings.
