Prerequisites
Successfully configured a REST API Bot to modify the tickets of ConnectWise Manage - API integration. Refer to How to Configure the REST API Call Bot Block.
How to set ConnectWise account permissions to modify tickets
- Log in to Connectwise Manage as an admin.
- Go to System > Security Roles.
- Click the role of the account that allows MSPbots to synchronize data.
- Click Project, and set the following fields of Project Tickets to All.
- Add Level
- Edit Level
- Delete Level
- Inquire Level
- Click Service Desk, set the following fields of Service Tickets to All.
- Add Level
- Edit Level
- Delete Level
- Inquire Level
- Click
the Save button to keep your settings.
