Background information
For users who are new to MSPbots or have not yet purchased a license, MSPbots offers each user 100 free messages to try out with the Next Ticket and Attendance products . The 100 free message limit are shared between Next Ticket and Attendance products.
When exceeding the limit of 100 free messages while using the Next Ticket and Attendance products, a prompt for exceeding the 100 free messages will be received on Teams or Slack.

- The user has not been assigned a license for Next Ticket or Attendance app.

Is there any prompt before the user receiving the limit prompt
Yes, when the total number of free messages approaches 100 times while using Next Ticket and Attendance in trial mode, you will receive a prompt message.
When you receive this prompt message, we encourage you to discuss with your manager about allocating a paid account for you.
