Issue description
When setting up filters in NextTicket for Connectwise Manage, it was noticed that the service board wanted to be selected was not available in the dropdown list.
Issue cause
Added the service board in the Restrict Board Access of the ConnectWise app.
Required permissions
User with admin permissions.
How to fix needed service board not appearing
- Log in to ConnectWise Manage.
- Go to System > Members.
- Go to the API Members tab.
- Click on the Member name created in step 2.a under Create the API key section in ConnectWise Manage - API Integrations Setup, such as MSPbots.
- Check if the service board is added in the Restrict Board Access within the Service Board. If it is added, click to remove it.
- Click the Save button.
- When you see You have successfully updated this record, it means the changes have been saved successfully.
- Go back to the NextTicket for ConnectWise Manage app in MSPbots and configure the service board.
