Data sync issues are experienced with the CW reports service where users encounter data errors in the ConnectWise Manage tickets with third-party software. Checking the API Realtime Result in the MSPbots app shows resource_list is empty. This happens after technicians assign the tickets to themselves.
Root cause of the issue
The data errors occur because the resource was changed but the lastUpdate field was not updated. The resource_list in the API Realtime Results shows null but the troubleshooting done by the MSPbots DEV Team showed that resource_list has a value.
Findings and workaround
MSPbots confirmed that this is a third-party issue and is being addressed by the company.
As a workaround, users can prevent the issue by clicking Save after clicking Assign Me.
