You can continue using MSPbots even when switching from one professional service automation (PSA) software to another. Fill out the Get Started form again so we can assess your new setup and help you adjust the MSPbots assets you are using according to your new integrations.
How to adjust the settings for a PSA switch
- Update your PSA information in the MSPbots app.
- Open the MSPbots app and go to Settings > Get Started.
- Next, on the About Your MSP screen of the Get Started form, update your software information accordingly.
- Click Save.
- Open the MSPbots app and go to Settings > Get Started.
- Set up the integration of your new software and synchronize data. Refer to the Integrations page for instructions on connecting your PSA to MSPbots.
- Check your reports. If some reports need to be modified, contact the MSPbots Support Team to help change the corresponding dashboard data source.
