MSPbots requires Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for non-Microsoft Office 365 AAD users to ensure security and protect user accounts. By enabling 2FA, users add an extra layer of protection to their accounts, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
This document provides a step-by-step guide for setting up, activating, and using 2FA in the MSPbots app and Client Portal. It is for non-Microsoft Office 365 AAD users only.
Prerequisites
- Users must have an MSPbots account to sign in to the MSPbots app and Client Portal.
- Only administrators with 2FA can activate and disable 2FA for MSPbots.
