Crewhu Integration Setup

You can set up the Crewhu integration by applying the Crewhu API key to MSPbots. 

How to set up the Crewhu integration with MSPbots

  1. Create an API key in Crewhu. 

    1. Log in to Crewhu. Click on Settings > Integration link.
    2. On the Integration page, go to the Open API box.
    3. Click the +Add button.
    4. Name the API key MSPbots, then confirm.
    5. The token appears after the name is confirmed. Click the Copy Token button to copy it to your clipboard. 

  2. Configure the Crewhu data source in MSPbots. 

    1. Log in to MSPbots and click Integrations on the left pane.

    2. Search for Crewhu on the Integrations tab and select it. 
    3. Paste the token in the Token field.

    4. Click Save and Sync. 

  3. Test the connection. 

    1. Do steps 2a and 2b above.

    2. Check for the Connected and Success statuses. You should also see a green triangle which means that the connection is running.
