TSheets Integration Setup

1. Get the Token from TSheets

Get an API access token using this guide: Walkthroughs – QuickBooks Time API Reference.

2. Connect the TSheets integration to MSPbots

1. Log in to MSPbots as an admin.
2. Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
   
   
   
   
3. Search for TSheets and click it to open the connection settings.
   
   
   
   
4. Fill in the Token value you getted from 1. Get the Token from TSheets.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save and Sync.
6. When Success appears, the connection to TSheets with MSPbots is successful.
   
   
   
   
   Once you successfully connect the TSheets integration, your attendance data will be synchronized in real-time by MSPbots and displayed in the Attendance app, as well as in your TSheets datasets, widgets, dashboards, and other assets when you clock in on the TSheets app.
   
   However, if you clock in using the Attendance app in MSPbots, your attendance data will not be reflected back in the TSheets app.
   
   Additionally, if a specific attendance command you use in the TSheets app does not exist in MSPbots, that attendance data will not be displayed in the MSPbots Attendance app or in your TSheets datasets, widgets, dashboards, and other assets.
   
   The following are the attendance commands of MSPbots:
      *   IN
      *   WFH
      *   ONSITE
      *   BREAK
      *   LUNCH
      *   BACK( BACK to IN/WFH/ONSITE)
      *   OUT
