Add MSPbots to the Teams Global policy and make the MSPbots available to everyone so that the app can be distributed automatically to your current and future AAD users, allowing them to install and use it.
How to add MSPbots to Teams Global policy
- Access Microsoft Teams admin center as an administrator.
- In the left-hand navigation pane, click Teams apps > Setup Policies in sequence.
- Under Manage policies tab, search for Global (Org-wide default) and click on it.
- Under Installed apps tab, click Add apps.
- Search for MSPbots and click Select, then click Add.
- If MSPbots appears in the list, it means the addition is successful.
- Under Pinned apps tab, click Add apps.
- Search for MSPbots and click Select, then click Add.

Move the MSPbots to the position you want, just not the top position.
- Click Save.
How to make MSPbots available to everyone
- Access Microsoft Teams admin center as an administrator.
- In the left-hand navigation pane, click Teams apps > Manage apps in sequence.
- Under the All apps tab, search for MSPbots and click on it.
The App status of MSPbots should be Allowed.
- Click Users and groups > Edit Availability in sequence.
- Select Everyone from the "Available to" dropdown menu, and click Apply.
- Go back to the Users and groups page and confirm the Available to option for MSPbots is Everyone.
