HubSpot Integration Setup

This procedure requires a HubSpot login. Log in to HubSpot before you start. When prompted to authorize MSPbots to pull data, click Yes.

How to set up and connect HubSpot to MSPbots  

1. Log in to the MSPbots as an administrator.
2. Go to Integrations and search for HubSpot, then click it to open the connection settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Sync button.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Sign in to your HubSpot account to access your HubSpot account.
   • If you need to create a new HubSpot account, please click Create a new HubSpot account. This article assumes you have already registered for a HubSpot account, so it will not go into detail on that topic.
     
     
     
     
5. Enter the email address for your HubSpot account, using a Google email address as an example.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Sign in with Google.
   
   
   
   
7. Select your Google account used to register for HubSpot.
   
   
   
   
8. Please decide based on your needs whether to set up 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
   
   
   
   
9. Click your HubSpot account > Choose Account.
   
   
   
   
10. Check the agree box and click Connect app, 
    
    
    
    
11. Click  .
12. You will see a message saying that you have successfully linked HubSpot to MSPbots.
