Liongard Integration Setup

Do the following to set up the Liongard integration with MSPbots.

1. Generate a Liongard API key

  1. Log in to Liongard.
  2. Click the profile dropdown and click Account Settings.
  3. Select the Access Tokens tab.
  4. Click on the Generate New Token button.
  5. Copy the Access Key ID and Access Key Secret.

2. Configure Liongard in MSPbots

  1. Log in to MSPbots and click Integrations on the left pane.

  2. Search for Liongard on the Integrations tab and select it.
  3. Provide the Url, Public Key, and Secret Key in the corresponding fields.

  4. Click Save and Sync.

3. Test the connection

  1. Do steps 2.1 and 2.2 above.
  2. Check for the Connected and Success statuses. You should also see a green triangle which means that the connection is running.

Known issues

503 Service Unavailable

In the Liongard integration, the status of a certain API is Failed, and an error message appears: 503 Service Unavailable from GET http://us6.app.liongard.com/api/v1/agents/.

Possible causes Liongard is undergoing necessary maintenance. You can access the link http://us6.app.liongard.com/api/v1/agents/ to check Liongard's official response.

Note: Please wait for Liongard's maintenance. Once the maintenance is complete, we will automatically resume syncing the API data.
