PRTG Integration Setup

Do the following procedure to set up the PRTG integration: 

1. Log in to the MSPbots app and go to Integrations.  
2. Search for PRTG Network Monitor and click it.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the following fields. 
   • Server URL - Your domain in PRTG, http://yourserver/, where yourserver is the name of your PRTG server. For example, https://www.paessler.com.
   • User Name - Your username in PRTG.
   • Pass Hash - Refer to PRTG Manual: My Account | User Account Settings to obtain the field value for Passhash.
     
     
     
     
4. Click Save And Sync.

Known Issues

userName or passHash is incorrect

When you connect to PRTG integration, if you encounter the error message userName or passHash is incorrect, it may be because your User Name or Pass Hash fields are filled in incorrectly. 

Follow the below steps to solve the issue:

1. Log in to PRTG.
2. Find and copy your User Name and Pass Hash field values under Setup | Account Settings | My Account, section User Account.
   If you forget your Pass Hash, refer to PRTG Manual: My Account | User Account Settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Back to Integrations in MSPbots and reconnect with the PRTG integration.
