You must provide your site domain and API key to connect Auvik to MSPbots.
How to set up MSPbots integration with Auvik
- Log in to the MSPbots app and navigate to Integrations on the menu.

Search for Auvik and click it to open the connection settings.

Fill in the following fields:

Site - The cluster-ID. The template format is auvikapi.your region.my.auvik.com.
- To see your region, log into your Auvik dashboard and look at the URL in your browser's address bar.
For example, if your Auvik URL is https://mysubdomain.us3.my.auvik.com, us3 is your region, so your Site should be auvikapi.us3.my.auvik.com.

User Name - The user who has the role of running APIs and access to the Auvik client.
- If you want to use the Auvik APIs, users must be authorized to access the client. Users must also have the correct role permissions for each API they’d like to run.
- This field is case-sensitive.

API Key - The value of api key, see How to generate an API key to generate an API key.

- Click Save and Sync.
Test your connection. If you encounter an error, check if the Auvik account you used to log in has the correct credentials.

When Success appears, the connection to Auvik with MSPbots is successful.
