Chargebee Integration Setup

1. Obtain the required field values when connecting to Chargebee integration

1. Log in to Chargebee.
   The value of Site is included in the address of your Chargebee site, for example, if the Chargebee site address is http://mspbots-test.chargebee.com, then the Site would be mspbots-test.
   
   
   
   
2. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > API Keys and Webhooks on sequence and click the API Keys tab.
   
   
   
   
3. Click to copy the value of the API Key you want to use.
   
   
   
   
   • If you don't have an API Key or want to create a new one, you can click on Add API Key to create one by setting up the API Key's type, name, etc.
     
     
     
     

2. Connect to Chargebee Integration

1. Log in to MSPbots as an administrator and navigate to Integrations.
   
   
   
   
2. Search for Chargebee and Click it to open the configuration settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the following fields: 
   • Site - Input the value you obtained in step 1.1.
   • API Key - Input the value you obtained in step 1.3.
     
     
     
     
4. Click the Save and Sync button.
5. Verify your connection.
   Your integration setup is successful when you see the Connected and Success statuses. You should also see a green triangle, meaning the connection is running.
