What Changes for You?
- Account Migration: If you've submitted a ticket in Jira before, you've likely been migrated to Zendesk. To activate your accounts on the new system, simply click on “Get a password”.
- If your account was not migrated because you had no open tickets during the migration period, please select "Sign up" to create a new account.
- Seamless Transition: The support URL (support.mspbots.ai) will direct you to Zendesk starting February 9, ensuring uninterrupted access to our support services.
