Optimized Display Order for Pinned Tabs
If you have pinned some tabs in MSPbots, when you click Load Pinned to open your pinned tabs, you will see all the pinned tabs sorted based on the tab names as follows:
- Numerical: The tabs starting with numbers will be prioritized and displayed in ascending order, allowing you to find number-related content quickly.
- Alphabetical (case-sensitive): Next is the alphabetical sorting, where uppercase letters will appear before lowercase letters in ascending order. For example, the tabs "A-Z" will appear before the tabs "a-z." This sorting method helps you quickly identify and locate relevant tabs based on the alphabetical order of their names.
- Special Characters: The tabs containing special characters will be listed at the end. This ensures that your main tabs appear first, avoiding any distractions from special characters.
This sorting method makes it more efficient and intuitive to find pinned tabs, allowing you to access your most frequently used features and assets more easily. The systematic sorting can significantly save you time, thereby improving your efficiency.

New Restrict Employee Information Access Option in Attendance
To protect certain sensitive and private user information (such as personal medical data when employees apply for sick leave), we have added a new switch in the Attendance Options Restrict Employee Information Access.
This switch controls whether employees can access the data of other employees.
By default, the switch is turned off, allowing employees of all roles to access the data of other employees.
When the switch is turned on,
- Only admins or users with permission for the Attendance Options menu can access comprehensive employee data. Managers who need to approve employee PTO requests must have an admin role.
- All other roles are limited to viewing their data, which includes:
- Attendance Record dashboard
- Attendance Summary by Employee dashboard
- PTO request page
