MSPbots clients with an Idle status experience changes in the MSPbots app functionality and usage. This article discusses the conditions that categorize accounts as idle and what happens to the data of idle client accounts.
When do I get the Idle status?
A client account is considered idle under the following circumstances:
- For clients with non-paying accounts who are no longer on the 14-day trial period and are not MSPbots partner clients, the account will be marked as idle if there is no recorded user activity for seven (7) days after the end of the trial or the last login, whichever comes last.
- For clients who subscribe and then cancel their subscription, the account becomes idle immediately upon cancellation.
What happens to my data when my account becomes idle?
The following functionalities are affected once clients get into the Idle status:
- Data sync between MSPbots and all integrations is stopped.
- Data from previous synchronizations is cleared.
- Bots and bot alerts are disabled and switched off.
- Scheduled reports are suspended.
How can I reactivate my idle account?
Clients with Idle status need to resume payment to reactivate their accounts. The following features will be available once payment is resumed:
- Data will start syncing automatically.
- Historical data is automatically retrieved.
- Scheduled reports will be reactivated.
Clients can also switch bots on and start receiving previously configured alerts.
