Optimized Bundle User in Customize Purchase Plan
When you customize your purchase plan, if the bundle you want to purchase is Startup or Professional, in the Add-on area:
- Bundle User is the total number of users in your bundle, including the default 10 users included in the bundle and the additional users you want to purchase.
In the following sample image:
- 13 Purchased includes the default 10 users included in the bundle and the additional users you purchased.

12 Assigned indicates that you have assigned licenses to 12 users.

Optimized Bot Switch permission
Now, when an admin assigns a role with Bot Switch permission (like Admin, Admin Only, or Bot Only) to a user, the user can turn on or off the Trigger, Alert, or Escalate features of the bots, even without a bot license. ( Only users with a bot license can receive messages from the bots.)

Enhanced Error Detail in Integration
You can now view detailed error information regarding integration sync issues on the Details tab and Sync History tab of the integration's Detail page, including Error Code, Error Name, Sync Time, Solution and so on.
This will help you quickly identify issues and ensure that the data in MSPbots is displayed correctly.

Temporary Filter in Next Ticket for ConnectWise
The Next Ticket for ConnectWise now has an option to let technicians work on tickets from other teams' queues. Administrators can assign temporary filters to technicians from the Next Ticket User Management page individually or in a batch.
Admins can also set the schedule when the temporary filter will be activated.

"Reset to this Version" Action Removed in Widget Builder History
In the widget builder, the Reset to this version action in History has been removed, and now the following historical editing records of the widgets are available.

- Create Time
- Last Modified

Drag Fields into Field Chooser Area in New Widget Builder
Now, when editing widgets in New Widget Builder, simply drag the required fields from the Dataset into the Field area of the Field Chooser. The fields dragged into the Field area will then be available in Query settings.
