Sharing Form Lists Configured in Crud Form/Crud Plus Widgets
To share a form list from a Crud Form or Crud Plus widget, you can copy the shareable link when the widget is opened or added to a dashboard/report.
- Before sharing, ensure that the Show Share switch is turned on in the Toolbar section and the Form List option is configured in the Body section in Widget Builder.
- For the shareable link of the form list, you can also set the access duration and the users allowed to access it.
- The sharing feature will not be available in the following scenarios:
- TV mode
- Presentation mode
- Public share links

Prioritize Sending Earliest Created Tickets with Same Points and Priority in NextTicket for Autotask
When using NextTicket for Autotask, if the Autotask tickets have the same points and priority, MSPbots will prioritize sending the ticket that was created first, allowing you to handle the more urgent tickets first.

Batch Deletion Feature for Multiple Assets
Previously, deleting assets was done manually and individually, requiring more effort and time for asset management. With Release 2.33, deleting assets can be done in a batch, allowing users to remove multiple assets simultaneously.
This feature is available in the Dashboards, Datasets, Reports, Scorecards, Slicers, and Widgets sections in the app. Only the Admin and Best Practice roles with the Batch Delete Custom permission can use the Batch Deletion feature.
Only batch deletion of custom addets is allowed.
