The Sentiment Analysis Real-Time Bot utilizes AI to analyze Autotask ticket notes for sentiment and action. The results are stored in a dataset that can be used to generate dashboards and trigger the write-back function.

Prerequisites
- You must have the AI Admin, AI User, or AI Trial role to view the AI Ticket Sentiment Analysis assets and activate the bots.
- Webhooks should be configured and registered before activating the Sentiment Analysis Real-Time Bot.
How to enable the Sentiment Analysis Real-Time bot
Activating the Sentiment Analysis Real-Time bot triggers and updates the sentiment analysis results as feedback becomes available.
To switch the bot ON
- Configure and register webhooks.
- Go to Apps in the MSPbots app and open the AI Sentiment Analysis for Autotask Notes.
- Next, hover over Bots and select Sentiment Analysis Bot Real-Time.
- Then go to the Detail tab in the Sentiment Analysis Bot Real-Time window and click the Trigger switch to turn the bot ON.
You can enable only one bot for AI Sentiment Analysis in the Autotask Notes app. Please activate either the Sentiment Analysis Real-Time Bot or the Sentiment Analysis Bot for Autotask Client Notes— not both. Enabling both will lead to duplicate data processing and double the token consumption on your AI subscription.
