New Ticket Deleted Webhook in Halo PSA Integration
After successfully connecting the Halo PSA integration, if you set up the Ticket Deleted webhook event in Halo, any tickets you delete in Halo will be synced to MSPbots, which means the deleted tickets won’t appear in your apps, datasets, widgets, or dashboards in MSPbots.
You can also check the status and the last received deleted data time for the Ticket Deleted webhook in the Halo PSA integration.
Add Assets to My Favorites When Opened
When an asset is opened, you can add it to My Favorites by clicking the icon to change it to
.
The asset types include dashboards, reports, widgets, scorecards, KPIs, slicers, and bots.

- After that, you can find the asset in the My Favorites tab.

When connecting to the OpenAI integration, you not only need to fill in the API Key but also select a Model Name from the dropdown list.
