The Sentiment Alert Bot alerts you each time a negative sentiment is identified in the AI Ticket Sentiment App's analysis. The notification contains the feedback content and recommended action, along with the company name, sender's name, and ticket ID. With the Sentiment Alert Bot's quick analysis and recommendations, you can take proactive measures and respond to clients faster and more efficiently.
This article explains how to activate the Sentiment Alert Bot and have it send notifications for negative sentiment and take necessary actions. The steps apply to AI Sentiment Analysis for Autotask Notes and AI Sentiment Analysis for ConnectWise Notes.
Prerequisites
You must have the AI Admin, AI User, or AI Trial role to view the AI Ticket Sentiment Analysis assets and activate the bots.
How to activate the Sentiment Alert Bot
- Go to Apps on the MSPbots app.
- Select and open the AI Sentiment Analysis app.
- On the AI Ticket Sentiment Analysis Welcome Page, hover over Bots and select Sentiment Alert Bot.
- On the Detail tab, select the toggle switches for Trigger and Alert.
How to edit the Sentiment Alert Bot message

Go to Apps in the MSPbots app and open the AI Sentiment Analysis app.

Hover over Bots and select the Sentiment Alert Bot for Autotask or ConnectWise.
- Go to the Design tab.
- Click Next on the Trigger window.
- Select the Recipient of the alert.
- Edit the template message and add recipients according to your preference.
- Click Finish in the Card Alert window.
- Click Save.
