The AI Sentiment Analysis for ConnectWise/Autotask Notes Result Output widget allows users to provide feedback on sentiment analysis results. This guide explains how to view and submit feedback, which will be reviewed by our Product and Asset teams to enhance the accuracy of our AI Sentiment Analysis App.
Prerequisites
Only the AI Admin, AI User, or AI Trial role can access the AI Sentiment Analysis app's assets and provide feedback.
Viewing the AI Sentiment Insights on Client Notes Results
The AI Sentiment Insights is one of the widgets on the AI Ticket Sentiment Analysis Results Dashboard. To access the results:
- Log in to the MSPbots app and go to Apps.
- Launch the AI Sentiment Analysis for ConnectWise Notes or AI Sentiment Analysis for Autotask Notes.
- Navigate to Dashboards and select AI Ticket Sentiment Analysis Results Dashboard.
- Scroll down to find the AI Sentiment Insights on Client Notes Result and review the analysis.
How to provide feedback on the sentiment analysis results
Your feedback on the sentiment analysis results helps us improve the AI Ticket Sentiment Analysis App.
Please follow these steps to provide feedback:
- Review the data in the AI Sentiment Insights on Client Notes Result widget.
- Scroll to the Feedback column on the right and select the icon that represents your feedback.

Thumbs-up - Select this icon if you find the analysis accurate.

Thumbs-down - Select this icon if you find the analysis is inaccurate and would like to provide comments for improvement.
Selecting the thumbs-down icon shows the Feedback window where you can:-
- Indicate new entries for the Suggested Value for the AI Result, Description, and Action columns, and
- Enter a supporting Additional Comment for each new value you provided and click Save.

Thumbs-up - Select this icon if you find the analysis accurate.
- A Thank you! message appears after clicking Save.
Your feedback will be saved and periodically reviewed by our Product and Asset teams to improve the accuracy of our AI sentiment analysis results.
Understanding AI-generated results
The Sentiment Analysis App uses advanced large language models provided by Azure OpenAI or OpenAI to analyze client responses. Please note that the results are AI-generated and may sometimes be inaccurate. It is important to review the insights carefully before taking action based on them.
Additionally, sentiment interpretation is subjective and varies between individuals. The app’s analysis guidelines are designed to be generic, aligning with typical MSP operational requirements, and cannot be customized to suit the exact needs of one's business.
