Disable Auto Request and make it configurable
When working from the Next Ticket page on the app, technicians trigger the dispatch request and get the next priority ticket by selecting a filter and a user from the page. To get the next priority ticket, technicians can click the Request Next Ticket button each time they are ready to work on a new ticket.
After Release 2.27, this request and dispatch process can be automated with the Auto Request function. When activated, the function automatically dispatches the next priority ticket to the technician whenever the filters are updated or the Next Ticket page is refreshed, as long as the technician is not working on another ticket.
Technicians can activate Auto Request setting by clicking the Settings icon beside the Request Next Ticket button and enabling the Auto Request switch.
Administrators can also activate the feature in User Management.
Required Permissions
Technicians can access the Auto Request switch from the Next Ticket page, while only administrators can access the switch from the Next Ticket page and User Management.

Enhancement of the checkout flow
The flow for checking out when purchasing or upgrading plans is now updated for an enhanced user experience. The previous process that asks users to provide their billing and payment details before customizing plans has been modified to have them customize plans (i.e., Bundle Type, Contract Length, Billing Frequency, BI Package, and Add-ons) before entering or updating their Billing Address and Payment Method.
Moreover, first-time buyers purchasing admin seats only are no longer allowed to proceed to checkout. These clients must purchase a BI package with the selected admin seats to check out and upgrade successfully. The Next: Review button will be disabled and the following message will be displayed:
Please purchase at least one product(BI package/Bot User/Next Ticket User/Attendance User) with Admin
This message will also appear for the following users purchasing admin seats only:
- A la Carte users who previously purchased admin seats but have not purchased a BI package
- Free, trial, or NFR users
Required permissions
The Admin permissions is required to view and modify the company's billing and purchase plan information.

Change in Permissions on the Schedules List Page
Previously, administrators could see all the entries in the Schedules List and view the reports associated with the schedules. Starting with Release 2.27, permission control on the Schedules List page is more granular to enhance tenant security and confidentiality. Now, admins can see all the schedules on the list but cannot view and perform actions on the reports to which they don't have access. The schedules accessible to the admin user are green and clickable, while the inaccessible ones are grayed out and cannot be clicked.
The same permission control is applied to the widgets in the Contact list.
