When you create an MSPbots account, you will receive a confirmation email with a verification code and instructions on verifying your registration. Once you successfully signed up, you will be directed to the MSPbots Onboarding Welcome App where you will enter your company information and configure the basic settings to ensure the MSPbots app functions as intended.

Why am I being asked for my time zone?
If you receive the following message, you have not answered all the questions in the Survey in System form, such as the Time Zone, PSA, or Peer Group.
To fully access the MSPbots app, please answer all the survey questions.

Which functions and sections can I access if I am subscribed to a free or trial account?
You have a free or trial subscription if you completed the survey in the system form but have not selected a bundle that meets your needs.
As a free or trial user, you can access basic pre-purchase MSPbots sections such as the following:
- Homepage
- Maketplace
- Integrations
- Onboarding Welcome App
- System
- User Management
To fully access the MSPbots app, click Marketplace and upgrade to the bundle or plan that fits your requirements.
Which functions and sections can I access if I am a paying subscriber?
If you are subscribed to the StartUp, A La Carte, or Professional plan, you can access all the sections and navigation options available to your assigned role and permissions.
For example, an A La Carte user with admin roles and permissions can see the following navigation tools from the homepage:
How can I verify my MSPbots registration?
After creating your MSPbots account, a validation code will be sent to your email. Follow the instructions in the email to validate your account and complete the registration process.
This step is important for user authentication and ensuring the security of your account. Remember that the verification code is only valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, you can request a new one.
