Background information
The Schedules feature facilitates centralized viewing and management of scheduled reports for dashboards and reports. Here, you can view and edit the settings of scheduled reports, check the sending history of scheduled reports, manage the contact list, and manage the dashboards and reports for sending according to the schedule.
Required permissions
You need the admin role to access the Schedules entrance and view the Schedules page.
As an administrator, you can see the Schedules list for tenants and your organization but cannot open and perform actions on schedules with reports you don't have permission to access.
How to manage schedules
- Log in to MSPbots as an admin.
- Go to Reports.
- Click Schedules.
- For Schedule List
- Click the schedule name in the Schedule Name column to view the details of the schedule settings and the sending history. If you want to edit the schedule, refer to How to Set Up Scheduled Reporting for Dashboards and Reports.
- Click the dashboard name or report name in the Schedule For column to view the scheduled dashboards or reports to be sent. If you wish to edit the dashboard or report, refer to How to Create and Use Dashboards in MSPbots, and How to Create and Use Reports in MSPbots.
- Click the schedule name in the Schedule Name column to view the details of the schedule settings and the sending history. If you want to edit the schedule, refer to How to Set Up Scheduled Reporting for Dashboards and Reports.
- For Sent History
- Click Sent History to view the sending details, including Schedule Name, Start Time, Status, and Email Amount information.
- When the status is Failed, click to view the detailed error information for the failed schedule.
- You can click the schedule name in the Schedule Name column to view the details of the schedule settings and the sending history, including the successful and failed sending history, as well as detailed error information.

- Click Sent History to view the sending details, including Schedule Name, Start Time, Status, and Email Amount information.
- For Contact List
- Click Contact List to view your available contact list widgets, including Widget Name and Linked Schedule Names information.
- Click a widget name in the Widget Name column to view or edit the contact list widget.
- You can click to create a new contact list widget, refer to How to Create a Contact List Widget.
- If you want to create a scheduled report that uses the Automated Contact List for sending, refer to Sending a Scheduled Report Using the Automated Contact List.
