How to Resolve the Bot Alert for Non-Overlapping Utilized Work Hours and Utilization Rate Both Being 0

Symptoms

The technician received an alert from the Tech Stats Reviewer bot that the non-overlapping utilized work hours are 0.00 and the utilization rate is 0%.

Possible Causes

PSA User Mapping from User Management may not be updated.

Solutions

Follow the below steps to update PSA User Mapping.

1. Log in to MSPbots as an admin.
2. Go to Settings > User Management.
   
   
    
3. Click the Edit icon in the row where the user is located. 
   
   
   
   
4. Click Confirm.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the PSA User Mapping drop-down box and then select the technician’s email. For example, if the PSA is ConnectWise Manage, click the CW User Mapping drop-down box.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Confirm.
