The My Applications or Apps tab in the MSPbots app displays all the applications, assets, and business intelligence (BI) packages the client has installed. Each app and asset on the list includes a brief description of its functions; while the packages provide an overview of the bots, dashboards, and widgets included in the bundle.
You can access the Apps tab to launch your installed applications. You also have the option to add new apps using the +Add from Marketplace option located at the end of the list.
To access the My Applications page, select Apps on the MSPbots app's menu as shown below.
What permissions do I need to access the Apps tab?
The Apps tab is available to all registered MSPbots users in your company. Free, trial, and paid subscribers can view this tab from the homepage.
What apps can I access from the Apps tab?
The assets and applications on the Apps tab are those you have installed and supported by your PSAs and current integrations. The image below shows an example of the apps available to a client using Autotask.

What are the statuses indicated in some of the apps and assets?
Some assets on the Apps tab may show one of the statuses below.
- Update - This status means that updates are available for the app. Clicking on Update will install the latest updates.
- Alpha - This means the app is available to select clients or users for testing only.
- Beta - This means the app is in the second stage of pre-release testing wherein external users test the app in real-world conditions so developers can identify bugs, evaluate performance, and assess usability before the official release.
