Background information
As explaining how to investigate the data sources and widget filters in the PBIX file step by step during the meeting will take a considerable amount of time, sharing the static PBIX file with MSPbots will help MSPbots efficiently collect the necessary information (such as dataset logic, required fields, widget filters, and data source details). This way, MSPbots can directly analyze the Power BI (PBIX) tables, table outputs, and field formulas, enabling MSPbots to streamline the process by analyzing the data independently.
PBIX files are typically large and can easily exceed email attachment size limits. Sharing files with MSPbots via OneDrive or SharePoint can bypass this limitation, ensuring that MSPbots can access the files securely and conveniently without restrictions.
