This appears because the time zone and PSA Platform options in the step 1 of Get Started are not yet configured. These options are important basic settings when using the MSPbots app. If you have already set them, the pop-up window will not appear.
Once configured, the settings will be automatically saved to the Time Zone and PSA Platform options in Get Started.

Set a Primary ID When Editing SQL Datasets
What's new?
When you create or edit an SQL dataset, you must set a field as the primary ID so that MSPbots can identify the uniqueness of the data based on this primary identifier. Only fields with unique data values can be set as the primary ID.
Instead of deleting all data and resynchronizing, MSPbots will promptly locate and update only the changed data according to the set update frequency you set, as there is no data in the dataset during this time.
This approach can save a considerable amount of time and resources, while reducing the complexity of data processing. By updating only the changed data on a scheduled basis, you can maintain the data's latest state, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the system's data.
- This is a mandatory setting. If you do not set a primary ID, you will receive the following prompt.
- After setting the primary ID, you will receive the following prompt information.
Who can use the feature?
