Error message
When clicking the Accept button to accept a ticket, the error message "Reference value on field: assignedResourceRoleID of type: Role does not exist or is invalid. Error updating entity for record number" may be received.
Error cause
The reason for receiving the error message is that you have not set up the user default role associations, which results in the system reporting an error.
How to resolve the error
To resolve this issue, refer to the step 5 in 4.8. Configure Accept Ticket Actions section to set user default role associations.
