How to Manage Your Billing Address

The following guides you on how to manage your billing address for transactions.

Manage your billing address

  1. Log in to MSPbots as an admin.
  2. Go to MarketPlace.

  3. Select a bundle that you want to upgrade, hover over the UPGRADE button, and click -> UPGRADE.

  4. Fill in the following fields.
    • Country
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Address Line 1
    • Address Line 2
    • City
    • State
    • Zip Code

  5. Click Select & Continue.

Other configurations

Edit the billing address

  1. Configure the payment method before editing the billing address, refer to How to Manage your Payment Method.

    • If edited directly, a popup will appear reminding you to complete the payment method setup first.

  2. After setting up the payment method, click the Edit button in the billing address section.

  3. Edit the billing address fields.

  4. Click Select & Continue.

Check your billing address on Billing page

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
