How to Manage Your Payment Method

The following guides you on how to manage your payment method for transactions, including credit card and bank account options.

Manage your payment method

  1. Log in to MSPbots as an admin.
  2. Go to MarketPlace.

  3. Select a bundle that you want to upgrade, hover over the UPGRADE button, and click -> UPGRADE.

  4. Select Credit Card or ACH.
    • If you select Credit Card, fill in the following information: 
      • First Name
      • Last Name 
      • Card Number 
      • Exp. Month 
      • Exp. Year 
      • Security Code

    • If you select ACH to add a bank account, fill in the following information: 
      • Name as per Account 
      • Account Number
      • Routing Number
  5. Click Save. 
  6. (Optional) If you choose ACH, you need to verify your ACH account.
    1. Click    and select Verify.

    2. Enter two Verification Amounts.

    3. Click Confirm.
  7. Click Select & Continue.

Check your payment method on Billing page

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.

  2. Check your payment method.

  1. Click    to set up your payment methods.

  2. Follow the below steps to manage your payment methods.

Add multiple payment methods

    1. Click   .

    2. Select Credit Card or ACH and fill in the fields.

    3. Click Save.
    4. (Optional) If you choose ACH, you need to verify your ACH account.
      1. Click    and select Verify.

      2. Enter two Verification Amounts.

      3. Click Confirm.
    5. Click Select & Continue.

Edit the payment method

    1. Hover over the payment method.
    2. Click    and select Edit.

    4. Click Save.
    5. Click Select & Continue.

Delete the payment method

    1. Hover over the payment method.
    2. Click    and select Delete.

    4. Click Select & Continue.

Set the primary payment method

    1. Select the payment method you want to use as the primary payment method.

    2. Click Select & Continue to save your configuration.
