New widgets are added to the bottom of the widgets list
What's new?
New widgets now appear at the bottom of dashboards, reports, and scorecards. After saving a widget, the screen will scroll to where the new widget is. This feature resolves the issue wherein the dashboard layout is changed unintentionally after the new widget is added.

additionalText | additionalNumber |
additionaltextbox | additionalPercent |

These additional parameters are also available as new fields under the User-Defined Fields category when creating new advanced rules for Next Ticket, providing greater customization and flexibility for Next Ticket users with very specific ticketing and prioritization requirements.
New Mapped Client Names slicer for sending scheduled reports
What's new?
You can now use the mapped client name slicer when sending scheduled reports to clients with different company names across PSAs and software. When you create scheduled reports using Automated Client mapping, adding the QueryParams=mapped_client_names slicer to your dashboard will send separate customized reports to different clients, including those with different names associated to their company name. Using this new slicer eliminates the manual task of selecting each company name associated with one company.
