New Endpoints in the NextTicket Advanced Rules: Client Time Zone and Request Time
The Advanced Rules of the NextTicket Manager now has the client Timezone field, which identifies the time zone of the client associated with the ticket, and the Request Time field, which indicates when the requester filed the NT request.
These rules allow NextTicket to check the NT requester's time zone and deprioritize a ticket if the current time in the client's zone is out of business hours.
