The reports from Continuum or ConnectWise Command datasets are showing inconsistencies. This issue affects some MSPbots clients using legacy APIs and is possibly caused by the lack of access to the new Continuum and Command APIs.
Background information
After the merge of ConnectWise and Continuum, only the legacy reporting API is available to third-party vendors. The new API became exclusive to the members of the ConnectWise Invent program and is no longer accessible to other vendors, including MSPbots.
We at MSPbots are currently working with ConnectWise to gain access to the new API; however, the ETA is not yet available, and your account manager can contact your ConnectWise agent for this information. In the meantime, we will help you identify the discrepancies in your datasets and address the limitations arising from this issue.
Workaround
Clients can create their datasets by exporting data from Continuum and then uploading it to MSPbots manually.
- Set up the Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox connection to MSPbots.
- Export a CSV copy of the dataset from Continuum.
- Upload the CSV file to MSPbots via OneDrive or Dropbox.
