Enhanced Display of API Synchronization Details for Integrations
What's new?
We have enhanced the display of API sync details for some integrations, such as Clickup, Microsoft Graph, Canny, etc. You can check the API sync details in the Integration Detail section.
- The API synchronization details include:
- Number of APIs
- API name
- Status of each API (Healthy or Unhealthy)
- Type of each API (Incremental or Full)
- Last synchronization start time of each API, such as 08/18/2024 20:17 CST
- You can also click the API Name to view the detailed sync history. The sync history provides data syncing information for the API over the last 7 days (including today), showing:
- Start Time of sync
- Time Spent on Syncing (Seconds)
- Strategy Name
- Status (Succeeded and Failed)
- If there is a failed API synchronization, you can click
button on the row of the failed item to view the detailed error and how to resolve it.
What needs to be done in advance?
Already successfully connected the integration you want to check.
Why are some integration Detail pages still using the old style?
This is because we have currently only applied the improved Detail page style to some integrations, but we are expanding it to all integrations. Please stay tuned!
