Prerequisites
Already successfully connected the integration.
Required permissions
Users with admin permissions.
Checking API Sync Details
- Log in to MSPbots as an administrator.
- Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
- Search for the integration you want to check the details of API syncing data, such as ClickUp.
- Click More Options
, and then select Detail.
- Click Details.
- Hover over the error to view the Sync Time, Error Detail, and Solution.
- When you hover over the progress bar, the tooltip will appear immediately.
- When you hover over the red area, you can see the Sync Time, (optional) Error Code, and Error Name. Click the
icon to locate the corresponding record of the API in the sync history.
- When you hover over the red area, you can see the Sync Time, (optional) Error Code, and Error Name. Click the
- Hover over the error to view the Sync Time, Error Detail, and Solution.
- Click Sync History to check details of API List, including:
- Number of APIs
- API name
- Status of each API (Healthy, Unhealthy, Unavailable)
- Type of each API (Incremental or Full)
- Last synchronization start time of each API, such as 08/18/2024 20:17 CST
- You can click the API Name to check the detailed Sync History.
- The sync history provides data syncing information for the API over the last 7 days (including today), showing:
- Start Time of sync
- Time Spent on Syncing (Seconds)
- Strategy Name
- Status (Succeeded and Failed)
- If there is a failed API synchronization, you can click
button on the row of the failed item to view the detailed error information and how to fix it.
- Error Code
- Error Name ( For example, 401 Unauthorized.)
- Solution
Sync History page style is currently only applicable to some integrations, but we are expanding it to all integrations. Please stay tuned!

- The sync history provides data syncing information for the API over the last 7 days (including today), showing:
Deleting a Connection for an Integration
- Log in to MSPbots as an administrator.
- Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
- Search for the integration you want to remove.
- Click More Options
, and then select Remove.
- Click Remove to clear all data associated with this integration application.
(Optional) Manual API Synchronization
- Log in to MSPbots as an administrator.
- Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
- Search for the integration you want to Synchronise.
- Click More Options
, and then select Synchronise.
- When Success appears, the manual synchronization is successful.
(Optional) Adding CSV Files for an Integration
- Log in to MSPbots as an administrator.
- Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
- Search for the integration you want to upload csv files to convert them into datasets.
- Click More Options
, and then select Files.

(Optional) Setting Permissions for an Integration
- Log in to MSPbots as an administrator.
- Navigate to Integrations in the MSPbots app.
- Search for the integration you want to set permissions for.
- Click More Options
, and then select Permission.
