How to Set Up Advanced Scheduler

Follow the guide to configure how often you want to send your reports, messages, emails, etc.

  1. Select Advanced Scheduler > Setting.

  2. Configure the following fields:

    Name Field Description Note
    Minutes Specific minute (choose one or many) X

    Refers to specific minutes within the hour.

    • The supported options include 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50.
    • For example, Specific minute 0, 10 means at 0 and 10 minutes past the hour.
       
    		 If Minutes is not configured, it defaults to Every minute.
    Hours Every hour -

    If Hours is not configured, it defaults to Every hour.

     

     
    Every X hour(s) starting at hour X

    Refers to starting at a specific hour and repeating every X hours.

    • The supported options include integers from 0 to 23.
    • For example, "Every 5 hour(s) starting at hour 3" means starting at 3 o'clock and repeating every 5 hours.
    Specific hour (choose one or many)

    Refers to selecting one or multiple specific hours.

    • The supported options include integers from 0 to 23.
    • For example, "Specific hour 5, 17" refers to between 05:00 AM and 05:59 AM and between 05:00 PM and 05:59 PM.
    Every hour between hour X and hour X

    Refers to every hour between two specific hours.

    • The supported options include integers from 0 to 23.
    • For example, "Every hour between hour 5 and hour 17" refers to the time between 05:00 AM and 05:59 PM.
    Day Every day -

    If Day is not configured, it defaults to Every day.

     

     

     

     


     

     
    Every X day(s) starting on X

    Refers to starting from a specific day and recurring every X days.

    • The supported options for Every X days are integers from 1 to 7.
    • The supported options for Day range from Monday to Sunday.
    • For example, "Every 4 day(s) starting on Sunday" means every four days starting from Sunday.
    Every X day(s) starting at the X of the month

    Refers to starting from a specific day of the month and recurring every X days.

    • The supported options for 
      every X days are integers from 1 to 31.
    • The supported options for Day are integers from 1 to 31.
    • For example, "Every 4 day(s) starting on 8 of the month" means every four days starting from the 8th day of the month.
    • When set to 29, 30, or 31, February may not receive a report.
    Specific day of the week (choose one or many) X

    Refers to a specific day of the week.

    • The supported options range from Monday to Sunday.
    • For example, "Specific day of the week Monday" means Monday.
    Specific day of the month (choose one or many) X

    Refers to a specific day of the month.

    • The supported options are integers from 1 to 31.
    • For example, "Specific day of the month 8" means the 8th day of the month.
    On the last day of the month -
    On the last weekday of the month -
    On the last X of the month The supported options for last X range from Monday to Sunday.
    X day(s) before the end of the month

    Refers to a specific number of days before the end of the month.

    • The supported options are integers from 1 to 31.
    • For example, "4 day(s) before the end of the month" means four days before the end of the month.
    • When set to 29, 30, or 31, February may not receive a report.
    Nearest weekday (Monday to Friday) to the X of the month

    Refers to the closest weekday (Monday to Friday) to a certain day within a month.

    • The supported options
      are integers from 1 to 31. 
    On the X X of the month

    Refers to sending on the Xth Monday to Sunday of the month.

    • The supported options for first X are integers from 1 to 5.
    • The supported options for second X range from Monday to Sunday.
    • For example, "On the 4 Monday of the month" means the 4th Monday of the month.
    Month Every month -

    If Month is not configured, it defaults to Every month.

     

     
    Every X month(s) starting in X

    Refers to starting from a specific month and recurring every X months until December.

    • The supported options for Every X months are integers from 0 to 12.
    • The options for Month are integers from 1 to 12.
    • For example, "Every 5 month(s) starting in 3" indicates starting from March and recurring every 5 months until December.
    Specific month (choose one or many) X

    Refers to one or multiple specific months.

    • The supported options are integers from 1 to 12.
    • For example, "Specific month 1, 3” indicates the months of January and March.
    Every month between X and X

    Refers to every month between two specific months.

    • The supported options are integers from 1 to 12.
    • For example, "Every month between 2 and 10" indicates every month between February and October.
    Year Any year -

    If Year is not configured, it defaults to Every year.

     

     
    Every X year(s) starting in X

    Refers to every few years starting from a specific year up to 2118.

    • The supported option for Every X year(s) are integers from 1 to 99.
    • The supported option for Year are integers from 2018 to 2118.
    • For example, "Every 2 year(s) starting in 2024" means every 2 years starting from 2024 up to 2118.
    Specific year (choose one or many) X

    Refers to a specific year or years.

    • The supported options are integers from 2018 to 2117.
    • For example, “Specific year 2024, 2025” indicating the years 2024 and 2025.
    Every year between X and X

    Refers to every year between two specific years.

    • The supported options are integers from 2018 to 2118.
    • For example, “Every year between 2024 and 2084” means every year between 2024 and 2084.
  3. Click Save.
