You can pin tabs for the apps, bots, dashboards, and other features you frequently access in MSPbots. This allows you to quickly access your commonly used important pages without having to search or navigate each time you log in to the MSPbots app. This helps save time and effort, improves the efficiency and convenience of accessing information, and enhances the performance and response speed of MSPbots.
How to pin | unpin a tab
Follow the below steps to pin or unpin a tab.
- Hover over the tab, a pin
icon will appear before the name of the tab.
- Click
, and you can pin the tab in front of all unpinned tabs.
How to open your pinned tabs
* Note that the tabs you already have open are not affected.
- Click Load Pinned.
- All your pinned tabs will open at once and display in front of the already opened tabs with a pinned icon.
How to close tabs
- Click
button.
- You can choose the following options:
- Close Current Tab - Closes the tab that is currently in use.
- Close Other Tabs - Keep only the current tab open, and close all other tabs except the one currently in use.
- Close All Tabs - Closes all open tabs.
Clicking any of the Close options will close both pinned and unpinned tabs.
How to create a Quick Filter tab for assets
The quick filter tab helps to quickly view the assets filtered by the display method, sorting method, and filter conditions you set. The below steps are an example of creating a quick filter for Dashboards.
- Configure the filter conditions.
- Click

- Enter the quick filter name and click Save.
- After successful creation, the quick filter you created will appear in the tab row.
- Next time you can click the tab to view the filtered dashboards.

Deleting the quick filter you created.
- Click
next to the quick filter.
- Click Confirm.
Sorting the assets.
Select a sorting field from the dropdown list and set a sorting method (Descending/Ascending).
