New options for advanced rules in the NextTicket Manager for ConnectWise Manage
We have added two new options to the advanced priority rules in Next Ticket for ConnectWise Manage: Hours of last schedule and Last Time Entry.
- You can find these two options in the Ticket category.
- You can configure the Hours of last schedule option to create an advanced priority rule based on whether the duration (in hours) of the last schedule of tickets falls within a specific time range to increase or decrease their priority.
- You can configure the Last Time Entry option to create an advanced priority rule based on whether the last time entry of the tickets falls within a specific time or time range to increase or decrease their priority.

Welcome emails are sent to MSPs who registered through Pax8
Whenever an MSP purchases products a la carte via MSPbots partner Pax8, a provision request is sent to MSPbots for verification. If all required information is complete, MSPbots will automatically process the order and send the MSP a welcome email.
What is addressed?
MSPbot's partnership with Pax8 allows MSPs to purchase MSPbots products a la carte and adjust their subscriptions from the Pax8 Marketplace. Pax8 facilitates transactions by passing provision requests to MSPbots without notifying users about successful registrations. Now, MSPs receive a welcome email confirming their registration via Pax8.

Allocation of the BI and NextTicket purchases for a la carte users
A la carte MSPs can now set and allocate the business intelligence and NextTicket slots they purchased from the Pax8 webpage within the MSPbots app. Upon their first login, MSPs will be prompted to choose the BI products and NextTicket, and save these allocations on the Billing page.
What is addressed?
When MSP users purchase from Pax8, they only secure slots for BI products and NextTicket and are not asked to choose the specific BI and NextTicket products. This function allows MSPs to make this selection on the MSPbots app according to the limit set by the details of the provision request.

Notifications are sent to admins when MSPs modify the number of seats
MSP admins for a Pax8 account will receive an email notification each time requests to add or remove MSPbots seats are done on the Pax8 webpage. The modification will also remove extra seats and licenses based on the provision request details and time, and update the number of seats on the MSP's account.
What is addressed?
Previously, admins were not notified when seats were added or removed. This feature now provides notifications on the MPSbots app's interface and sends notifications via email. Additional notification channels will be available soon.
