Enhanced Status Change When Clicking the "Back" Button in Attendance
What's new?
When you click the Back button in Attendance or Teams, your status will change from break or lunch to your previous working status, such as IN, ONSITE, or WFH.
The updated status will be displayed as BACK to IN/WFH/ONSITE.
How is the working duration calculated?
After clicking Back, your working duration will restart.
However, there's no need to worry. The duration of your previous work before clicking Break or Lunch is still recorded in the database and will be combined with the duration after clicking Back to calculate your total work time for the day.

We have added new options in the Sort section specifically for template assets. These options include 7-day views, 30-day views, and 90-day views. Please note that the pageviews are calculated for the previous 7/30/90 days, excluding the current day.

On the template asset page, we have added the display of the number of pageviews for each template asset in the past 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days.

These enhancements are specifically applied to template assets in Widgets, Dashboards, Scorecards, and KPIs.

What is the background?
When you locate the template assets you're looking for, some new and less commonly used template assets may appear at the top of the asset list. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. These assets automatically appear at the top of the template list due to recent updates.
What‘ new?
To make it easier for you to quickly locate the most frequently used and popular template assets, we have bundled the recently updated template assets that are relevant to the apps themselves.
Applied to what?
This applies specifically to template assets in Widgets, Dashboards, Scorecards, and KPIs.
How to access the template assets bundled into the apps?
When you want to access these template assets, you can install the apps from MarketPlace, which will allow you to view and use them.
UDF Fields Now Available in the Filter of NextTicket for ConnectWise App
What's new?
Now, you have the option to select UDF fields as conditional fields in the filters of the NextTicket for ConnectWise Manage app, such as Service Delivery Team.
Currently, only custom fields in ConnectWise are supported.
What are the benefits of this update?
This feature will make the filtering criteria more specific while also avoiding the maximum ticket limit, enabling MSPbots to accurately filter out the highest priority tickets.
