Enhanced Automated Client Mapping
What's new?
Now, you can perform the following actions in Automated Client Mapping:
- Click the Trigger Mapping button to manually initiate Client Mapping.
- You can manually trigger Client Mapping only once every hour.
- After manually triggering, for the next hour, regardless of whether Client Mapping is running or already completed, this button will be disabled.
- Click the Add button to re-add deleted integrations back into the mapping scope.
- You can check the Ignored button to ignore some integrations, for example, integrations that are not the main source of your data.
- When an integration is ignored, its status is displayed as Ignored.
- When an integration is ignored, its status is displayed as Ignored.
- You can add a Filter to filter mapped clients, such as all inactive users.

Users with admin role.

- Increased Control: Manually triggering Client Mapping gives users more control over the process timing, enhancing flexibility in managing mappings.

Now, when creating or editing widgets of the Column Chart, Line Chart, Pivot Table, and Progress Tracker types, you can use the New Widget Builder mode.
(Grid, Pie Chart, and Card Number types of widgets are already supported).

The new widget builder integrates all configuration options of the widget onto a single page.
How to access the New Widget Builder?
Once on the widget configuration page, click on Try New Widget Builder to switch to the New Widget Builder configuration page.
Can the original mode still be used?
Yes, you can now switch between the original mode and the New Widget Builder mode.
Who can use the New Widget Builder mode?
Users with admin role.

Now, you can submit requests for Features, Integrations, or Apps to MSPbots in the Canny app. You can also vote for existing posts. For detailed guides, refer to How to Submit your Requests for Features, Integrations, or Apps to MSPbots.
Who can use the feature?
Users who already have an MSPbots account.
What happens after submitting a request?
- Firstly, we greatly value and appreciate your submission. Once we receive your request, we will respond promptly.
- Additionally, if needed, we will discuss your request with you.
- You will be able to track the progress of your submitted request in Canny app, such as in the Development Queue, in Development, and Completed.
Admin User as a New Product
The Admin User are now bought separately from MSPbots bundles to give MSPs the flexibility to secure an additional admin license without purchasing another bundle. This new product grants users admin-only permissions, including creating, editing, and deleting assets for BI and NextTicket.
New clients who purchase this seat can utilize the admin-only function, and existing clients can continue assigning admin permissions allowed within their subscriptions or purchase additional Admin User licenses with admin-only permissions.
