Enhanced Client Mapping Flexibility
What's new?
For Automated Client Mapping,
- When your integration has multiple client names, you can set multiple client names to map them to the integration.
- You can customize the integration that you have connected but MSPbots do not support by default, including the dataset and field where the client name of the integration is located, so that the integration can be mapped.
What are the benefits of this update?
- Effectively solves the scenario of mapping multiple client names to one integration, enhancing mapping accuracy.
- Allows for custom mapping of integrations that are not supported by default, increasing flexibility.

What's new?
You can now showcase dashboards on the Client Portal page.
You can showcase a single dashboard or create a rotate presentation list to showcase multiple dashboards.
Who can see the presentation list?
The presentation list you create can only be seen by yourself. Others cannot view it, including administrators.
How to Configure Rotate Dashboard?
In Rotate Dashboard, you can also configure the currently displayed dashboard, the interval for the carousel, control playback and pause, and go full screen.

What's new?
Now, you can visually see the Leaders of the peer group and the information of the members on the Team page of the Peer Group, including:
- Full name, company, email address.

The integration and status you set in Get Started for PSA, RMM, Accounting, and CRM.

If you set up a single or multiple integrations in Get Started, such as in PSA, it will display the first integration you set up.
- If you only set NA or None, it will display None (Not Support) .
- If you set NA or None along with another integrations, it will display the first integration of the other.

If you are connected to the first integration, it will be shown as a green circle, such as .

If you are not connected to the first integration, it will be displayed as a red circle, such as .
- In the following circumstances, it will be displayed as :
- If you have set Other in Get Started but the integration you entered is not supported by MSPbots.
- The integration you have set is an unknown connection, disconnected, or invalid connection.

- Integrated clarity - This feature helps clarify the initial setup of integrations and their statuses, clearly indicating whether integrations are active or require attention.
- Streamlined team permissions - Designating leaders as captains and members as contributors can make the team structure and roles more fluid, clearly indicating who holds leadership positions and who are team contributors.
In summary, by adding visual displays of leader and member information, as well as integration and status indicators, better team collaboration, communication, and integration management within peer teams can be promoted.
