Send a Prompt When Filtered Tickets Exceed 250 Entries
When configuring ticket filtering criteria in NextTicket for ConnectWise, NextTicket for Autotask, or NextTicket for Halo, if the number of tickets exceeds 250 limit, we will send a message to prompt you to adjust the filtering criteria to ensure that the next recommended ticket is accurate.
For example: This request of next ticket has exceeded the ticket limit of priority calculation. The ticket recommended might not be of the highest priority. Please report it to your admins to adjust the filter for you. We have sent them emails as well.
The reason we set a limit to capturing a maximum of 250 tickets is that sometimes the data returned by the API interface is too large, which may lead to interface errors and the possibility of recommending incorrect tickets that are not of the highest priority.
You will receive a prompt message when the number of tickets exceeds the 250 limit in the following situations:
- When sending the 'nt' command for the next tickets in Teams or Slack.
- On the webpage:
- When a next ticket is requested.
- Click the Next button.
- Open or refresh the homepage of NextTicket for ConnectWise, NextTicket for Autotask, or NextTicket for Halo app.
- Edit filter conditions - After you set the filter conditions, click the Preview button.
- Priority Rules
- Click the Test All button.
- Test one rule.
- When a next ticket is requested.
- Additionally, if the number of tickets exceeds the 250 limit in the above situations, an email will also be sent to your admin to assist you in adjusting the filtering criteria.
By providing prompt messages to inform users of the limitations caused by filtering criteria, we help users better understand the system's response and adjust filtering criteria to ensure that the next recommended ticket is correct and of the highest priority, thus enhancing system stability and reliability.

Enhanced Recipient Setup in Schedule Report within Dashboards
When setting up recipients in the Schedule Report within Dashboards, after selecting a contact list widget, it will show the total number of contacts within that widget, indicating how many times the report will be sent. For example, "13 contacts in the list" means that 60 reports will be generated and sent to the corresponding 13 recipients per schedule.
This feature provides a clear understanding of the number of reports to be generated and sent, ensuring accurate communication with recipients and assisting in precise scheduling and efficient report distribution management.
Regarding the configuration of the To, CC, and BCC fields, you can now not only select tokens but also manually enter email addresses to send the report to specific recipients of your choice, such as internal company personnel.
For example, if you want to send the report to the individuals in the Default Email column of the Contact List widget, copy it to abc@mspbots.ai, and blind copy it to internal company personnel at def@mspbots.ai, you can select Default Email in the To field, manually type abc@mspbots.ai in the CC field, and manually enter def@mspbots.ai in the BCC field.
This functionality enables you to send reports to specific recipients, enhancing targeted communication and fostering collaboration within the organization, offering flexibility and customization in report distribution.

A New Option for Column Chart Widget: Overlapping Columns/Bars
When configuring the settings for the Column Chart widget, you will now see a new option added:
- If you select the Type option as Column, the option is labeled as Overlapping Columns.
- If you select the Type option as Bar, the option is labeled as Overlapping Bars.
- If you select the Type option as StackingColumn, this option will not be displayed.
The purpose of this switch is to allow multiple columns/bars to overlap with each other at the same X/Y-coordinate when you turn it on. This switch still shows to column chart widget with only 1 dimension and 1 measure, but not take effect if turned on.
The overlapping column widget offers the following advantages:
- Highlights overall trends, making it easier for users to observe and understand general trends;
- Emphasizes outlier data, facilitating the identification of anomalies or trends in the data;
- Saves chart space, making it easier to display a large amount of data in a limited space;
- Provides a more intuitive view of the relationships and differences between data, thereby enhancing data visualization effectiveness.

Improving PDF Report User Experience
You may have encountered a situation in PDF reports exported in the Report, where a line of text stating “click here for more details” appears when there are empty data widgets. However, since this is a PDF file, you are unable to click on hyperlinks. We apologize for this inconvenience. To prevent any confusion, we have removed this sentence, along with all links for all widget types such as number grids, lines, bars, etc.
In the future, we will continue to conduct self-checks and clean up similar phrases to reduce the occurrence of such situations, such as in PDF files exported from Dashboards. We will further optimize the user interface, making it clearer and more concise, allowing you to focus on the content rather than ineffective interactive elements, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.
