New Widget Builder Mode for Heatmap Widget and Improvements
What's new?
- You can now use the New Widget Builder mode when creating or editing Heatmap widgets,
(The Grid, Pie Chart, Card Number, Column Chart, Line Chart, Pivot Table, and Progress Tracker widgets are already supported in the New Widget Builder mode).
- Search for the fields you need in the dataset by entering keywords in the search bar.
- Replace the dataset with another one you want. However, the new dataset must match the structure of the original dataset, ensuring that it only differs in field data values to prevent any error reports and widget malfunctions.

When you want to clear all fields in Query and Drill Through at once, you can click the Clear Query button to avoid deleting them one by one.
What's New Widget Builder mode?
The new widget builder integrates all widget configuration options on a single page.
How to access the New Widget Builder?
Once on the widget configuration page, click on Try New Widget Builder to switch to the New Widget Builder configuration page.
Can the original mode still be used?
Yes, you can now switch between the original mode and the New Widget Builder mode.
Who can use the New Widget Builder mode?
Users with admin role.

New Widget Builder Mode for the Crud Form Widget
The New Widget Builder is now available for creating Crud Form widgets. You can start configuring all widgets settings on a single screen. Crud Form widgets allow users to create, read, update, and delete information on the widget to streamline the data management process and ensure that information is accurately recorded, easily accessible, and efficiently updated or removed as needed.

Set Dataset-Level Integrations as the Primary Integrations in Automated Client Mapping
What's new?
In Automated Client Mapping, when you set the primary integration for mapping the client name, you can set dataset-level SQL Agent/Dropbox/OneDrive integrations by clicking the Set as Primary button.

Users with admin role.

What's new?
When you customize your purchase plan, now you can remove seats in the Add-on, including Extra Bundle User, Attendance Manager User, and Admin User.
You can only reduce it to the minimum number of users with assigned licenses. If you still want to reduce further, first remove some users from the assigned licenses before decreasing.

User Management Settings for NextTicket
The NextTicket Manager for Autotask and ConnectWise Manage now has a centralized User Management section where NextTicket admins can manage technicians more efficiently. Previously, filters and template assignments to technicians were done under the User Filter Rule settings. Now, these actions, including the new function for assigning technicians to teams, are all done in this section.
The User Management Section also has a Team column, making team assignments for technicians more visible. Admins can add new teams and assign or reassign technicians to the new group. The groups are stored as a dataset for use as filters in the NextTicket Advanced Rules.

Batch Actions in User Management for NextTicket
The new User Management section improved the batch assignment of filters and templates by presenting radio buttons for batch overwriting, adding, and removing filters and templates assigned to technicians. This feature is also available when assigning technicians to teams.
