Upgrade and Downgrade Notifications for Pax8 MSPs
MSPs registered to MSPbots through Pax8 can upgrade and downgrade their subscriptions at the Pax8 portal. Whenever an MSP upgrades or downgrades, the assigned licenses are reset and have to be reassigned.
To ensure the licenses are properly utilized, MSPbots sends upgrade or downgrade notifications to the MSP's admins each time a provision request is successfully processed. The notification alerts the admin of the activity and reminds them to reassign the purchased licenses.
