Optimizing the Webhook Page for Halo Integration
In this update, we have made further optimizations to the Webhook page of Halo integration to improve the user interface and user experience.
- Now, you can notice that each Webhook event displays whether it has received data through color differentiation and timestamps.
- When a Webhook event successfully receives data, the status of the Webhook interface is displayed in green, along with the timestamp of the last data received. The timestamp is displayed based on the viewer's time zone, for example: 01/26/2024 02:52:50 CST.
- If a Webhook event has never received data, the status of the Webhook interface is displayed in orange as NA.
- Improvement has been made to the display of the Halo integration status for all Webhooks, including color differentiation and status explanations.
- When all Webhook events have successfully received data, it is displayed in green as "Webhook Successful".
- When one or more Webhook events have not received data, it is displayed in yellow as "Webhook Received No Data For Some Events".
- When no Webhook events have received data, it is displayed in red as "Webhook Received No Data".
- When no Webhook events have received data within 4 days, it is displayed in yellow as "Webhook Received No Data Within 4 Days".
- Tooltips have been added to provide explanations for each Webhook's integration status. These tooltips will guide you in correctly configuring and testing Webhooks, reducing Halo's rate limit issues and improving data accuracy.
-
For example, when one or more Webhook events have not received data, the prompt is "The webhook is not configured. Please refer to the wiki page for configuration instructions." When no Webhook events have received data, the prompt is "There is no new data from the webhook yet. You can test this by creating a new site, user, invoice, or ticket."

New Accept Button and In-progress Status Settings in NextTicket for ConnectWise
Now, you can accept your top priority ticket in the NextTicket for ConnectWise app. Once accepted, the Ticket Owner and Status will automatically update. The nt bot will send you notifications through Teams. This allows you to handle tickets faster, address important tickets, and better manage time and resources, thereby improving work efficiency.
By default, the Accept button is turned off. If you want to enable it, please go to "Settings > Options > Accept Ticket Actions" in the NextTicket for ConnectWise app and turn on the Enable "Accept" Button option.
You can also configure what the tickets on each board updates to when it is in progress status in the Accept Ticket Actions popup window. For example, if you set the In Progress status of the Accounting board to "Completed", then when you click Accept, the tickets in the Accounting board be changed to Completed status. This allows for personalized ticket status settings based on the characteristics and requirements of different boards, improving the flexibility of ticket management. These in-progress tickets be displayed in the personal card of the Attendance app.
