New Webhook Status in the Halo Integration
The webhook status for each API on the Halo integration page is now available to enable users to quickly identify the API causing data synchronization issues.
Webhooks allow efficient real-time data synchronization between Halo and MSPbots. Configuring webhooks will avoid issues with rate limits among users.
New Colour Condition Field for the Advanced Rule in NextTicket Manager for Halo
You now have the option to customize with colors using the Colour condition field in the NextTicket for Halo Advanced Rules. You can find this field under the Customer category and select multiple color options. The Colour condition calculates and filters according to the colors selected, giving more flexibility to filter rules.
New Current User Condition Option in the Advanced Rule of the NextTicket Manager for ConnectWise Manage
When configuring the Advanced Rule in NextTicket Manager for ConnectWise Manage, you can now select Current User as an option under the following conditions under the Ticket category:
- Resources
- Owner Identifier
- Updated By
- Entered By
You can select multiple users. When the current user meets the condition set in the Current User field, the advanced rule will be triggered and the specified points will be added. This enhancement further increases the flexibility and customization of configuring advanced rules.
Enhanced Precision in Time Adjustment for the Attendance Manager
Requests for time adjustments in the Attendance Manager now allow you to select specific minutes, such as 08:08. This new feature allows for more precise time adjustments, providing greater accuracy and flexibility.
Displaying PTO Status on the Personal Card in the Attendance Manager
The approved PTO Status displayed on the employee's Personal Card in the Attendance Manager now follows the format PTO: <time point A> - <time point B>.
Example: PTO: 2024/01/08 21:00:00 EST - 2024/01/10 00:00:00 EST
This feature allows people in your organization to view your status and availability in the succeeding days, allowing teams to plan meetings, projects, and task assignments more easily and avoid scheduling conflicts. The time zone used in the PTO Status follows the viewer's time and regional settings to ensure the correct PTO information is accessed regardless of location.
Overall, this new feature improves transparency and simplifies PTO management in the Attendance Manager, facilitating better collaboration in managing schedules and workloads.
Improved Display Rules for ConnectWise Tickets in the Attendance Manager
We have made changes to the display rules for individual tickets in the Attendance Manager, specifically for ConnectWise tickets.
Previously, the ticket owner's name is displayed on the Personal Card. After this release, the name of the person who changes the ticket status to In-progress is displayed. This modification aims to provide a more accurate and intuitive representation of the person currently handling the ticket, in order to avoid confusion. This adjustment ensures tickets display the actual assigness, thereby increasing efficiency.
